Communication

As My Medical Organiser is an online store; our primary means of communication with you will be via the email address you have provided. Please contact us if these details change. By placing an order with My Medical Organiser, you give us the authority to contact you in the future with any promotional emails, exclusive sale offers and new product updates. You will be able to opt out of this correspondence upon receipt.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian dollars and include 10% Goods and Services Tax. My Medical Organiser reserves the right to change prices at any time.

Privacy

My Medical Organiser is committed to the protection of personal privacy within the scope of applicable law. By visiting our website, or by providing any personal information to us, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as set out in this Privacy Policy. 

We may collect your information but only if you choose to provide it to us. If you agree to provide us with personal information, we will only use it in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988. From time to time, you may provide us, and we may collect from you, personal information of a third party (for example, an address that is not your own for delivery purposes). Where you provide the personal information of a third party, it is your responsibility to ensure that those persons are aware of this Privacy Policy, understand it and agree to accept it. You do not have to provide us with any personal information, however if you do not do so, we may not be able to provide you with the products you have requested. Your information will need to be provided to our choice of shipping company to facilitate the delivery of your goods.

• to provide the products or services you have requested from us.

• to make our services or products more valuable or useful to you.

• to facilitate the orderly processing of online transactions and procedures; or

• to answer any enquiry, you may make.

Accordingly, other than where we use secure socket layer technology (SSL) to ensure information is securely transmitted and processed, we cannot and do not accept any responsibility whatsoever for the security of information you send to or receive from us over the internet, or for any unauthorised access or use of that information.

Our website uses cookies to track user traffic patterns and to better serve you when you revisit a website. This privacy policy applies solely to information collected by My Medical Organiser and may differ from the policies from other sites that you may link to from this site. We recommend that you read the privacy policy of any site that you link to from this site.

Delivering your order

My Medical Organiser may use different couriers or posting options depending on what items are purchased and the shipping location. Where possible you will be emailed a tracking number to assist you in tracking your order. Goods will be shipped once full payment is received.

We do not offer an option to pick up an order from our Distribution Centre.

Any shipment that is delayed or lost and is found to have had incorrect and/or insufficient details provided by the customer will not be covered by My Medical Organiser. Any package returned to My Medical Organiser due to incorrect and/or insufficient information will require an extra delivery charge. Also, if My Medical Organiser has incurred extra fees to retrieve the package from Australia Post then these charges will also be borne by the customer before the package can be despatched again.

All items purchased on our website need to be shipped to a personal or a business address. Shipping is available within Australia only.

Returns Policy

This policy includes rights you are entitled to under Australian Consumer Law. If you have any concerns or problems with your order, please email us at hello@mymedicalorganiser.com.au

If you have received an item that is incorrect, damaged or faulty we require notification within 2 business days from the time the delivery was made. My Medical Organiser will require evidence of the issue and may require you to return the item for assessment.

Before returning anything, you must contact My Medical Organiser to organise to return an item. My Medical Organiser is not obligated to accept a return for a change of mind. All returns must be packed securely with cardboard or bubble wrap protecting the item, packed to prevent movement inside the package and ensuring the package is firmly enclosed. Returned items must be received at My Medical Organiser in new and re-saleable condition (except where a damaged item has been accepted for return). My Medical Organiser is not obligated to provide a refund and the item may be returned to you. We will contact you to advise of the return status.

Future changes

My Medical Organiser will continue to evolve and improve as new products, services and features are introduced. Accordingly, we will review and update our policies as required. My Medical Organiser reserves the right to change its Privacy Policy at any time and notify you by posting an updated version of the policy on our website.

This amended Privacy Policy will apply whether My Medical Organiser has provided you specific notice of any changes or updates.
